HOW IT ALL BEGAN

​

 

 What began as a silversmithing hobby, evolved into something much more.

. A vision to create and manufacture a collection of jewellery that would be accessible and affordable to all. One that told tales of the cosmos and love, the gods and the stars. To create cool yet enchanting jewels that offer a touch of luxe at an affordable price.  And so, in the heart of this, Child of Sin took form.

LOCATION & CREATION​​

At Child of Sin, most of our semi-precious jewellery is thoughtfully designed in-house at our workshop on the south coast of England and produced with our wonderful manufacturers in South East Asia and India. We work with 925 sterling silver and also offer small proportion of rings in 18k gold vermeil. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure quality.

 

In addition to our manufactured pieces we also source individual pieces from a fabulous jewellery studio in India where its all made by hand to our specifications and we still from time to time hand make custom silver jewellery from our St Leonards workshop - make sure to keep an eye on our socials for the latest pieces available as most of these are small collections that often change due to availability.

 

Our gold vermeil jewellery uses 18k gold plating of 2.5 microns over silver and is flash coated. A large proportion of our silver is recycled and we strive to use eco-friendly packaging where we can too. We’ve also begun trialling lab-created stones, as part of our commitment to making our jewellery more ethical and sustainable.
