RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns
​
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. We offer free return shipping for the first item but are un able to refund the original shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Email us at childofsinjewellery@hotmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once authorised we will email you a return shipping label from Evri, simply print at home and attach to the front of your parcel and drop of at one of Evri drop off points.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval/ rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. This does not include original shipping costs.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will exchange items that are the wrong size as long as they are in new condition still, please note that it costs us in postage to exchange wrong sized items so please try and make sure you're ordering the correct size. Secondary changes/ returns will be at the expense of the customer. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at childofsinjewellery@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom Orders: Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.​​

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation after purchase and an email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Carriers
​
We use reputable shipping carriers such as Evri and Royal mail to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We use couriers so that all items are tracked from our workshop to your door.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at childofsinjewellery@hotmail.com - We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them once the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at childofsinjewellery@hotmail.com so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. If the parcel is lost then we will be happy to either fully refund you or send out another item to replace.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
