1. WHAT MATERIALS DO WE USE?
Our jewellery pieces are crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver and semi-precious gemstones. We predominately work with silver and fine metals only. Gold vermeil, while durable, will tarnish over time with exposure to elements like moisture, chemicals and oils. So we made the decision to work purely either silver or solid gold.
2. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
To maintain the brilliance and longevity of your jewellery, we recommend storing it in a clean, dry place. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and remove jewellery before swimming or engaging in vigorous activities. Silver will not tarnish when cared for but may mark if too rough. We also recommend polishing regularly to maintain its shine.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal for online purchases. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information remains safe and confidential.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
We offer domestic shipping to the UK and soon will offer international worldwide shipping using reliable carriers. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. For more information, please get in touch.
5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Your original shipping costs are none refundable and you must cover returns unless we are at fault. We are a small business, so please be sure about sizing before you buy to avoid extra costs.
6. WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE
At Child of Sin, we design our collections in-house and work closely with our fabulous manufacturer in Shanghai to ensure the that the pieces are not only beautiful but durable and high quality. Our packaging in sourced from Denmark and Vietnam, we do our best to make sure majority of the items we use are recyclable with the goal to reach 100% by next year.
7. SIZING
We currently stock sizes small, medium and large in rings. These convert as follows.
SIZE S = US SIZE 6 = UK L to L 1/2 = Inside diameter 16.41mm
SIZE M = US SIZE 7 = UK N 1/2 = Inside diameter 17.42mm
SIZE L = US SIZE 8 = UK P 1/2 to Q = Inside diameter 18.24mm`
Our goal is to have a large and diverse range of sizes and to be inclusive to all our customers. We are a small business so adding sizes with large MOQ's is difficult and expensive but we plan to add this over the next year as we grow. We appreciate your patience as we realise this is not ideal.
